Description

The Senior Software Engineer (Guidewire) designs, develops, and maintains high-quality software to meet business and customer needs. They develop features and capabilities for end users, either external customers or internal employees. They configure and customize vendor-provided packaged software to meet user needs.

What will you do?

Contribute to the development of Guidewire software solutions, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards

Promote a collaborative team environment and work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Work closely with mentors to enhance understanding of the codebase and development processes

Participate in code reviews or uses collaborative programming techniques to promote high quality business outcomes

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance skills

Collaborate with software architects on design of new software applications

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $7.25 - $7.26/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
