Full stack Developer

About the role

Our client, Healthcare Technology is seeking a Full stack Developer to join their team. As a Fullstack Developer you will be part of the Product Engineering team supporting the Intranet application. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Sitecore XM Cloud (headless) experience, strong Next.js and React skills, and real-world API development/integration experience which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title: Full stack Developer**

**Location: Remote**

**Pay Range: $60 - $66/hr on W2**

**What's the Job?**

+ Support and enhance a live Ascension Intranet application built on Sitecore XM Cloud (launched recently)

+ Build and improve headless Sitecore experiences using Sitecore XM Cloud and Sitecore CMS development

+ Develop and maintain a full-stack solution with an expected split of approximately 50% front end / 50% back end

+ Implement bug fixes, enhancements, and new feature development while improving ongoing platform stability

+ Integrate the application with Oracle and UKG APIs, including troubleshooting integration issues

**What's Needed?**

+ Strong Sitecore experience, with priority on Sitecore XM Cloud and headless Sitecore implementations

+ Hands-on front-end development skills including Next.js, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

+ Back-end and integration experience including API development, API routes, middleware, and server-side logic

+ Experience supporting production applications and working through real-world troubleshooting scenarios

+ Agile/Scrum experience and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly (including SSR vs SSG vs ISR)
