About the role

Job Description

A large financial services company is looking for a Salesforce QA resource to join their team. This individual will support testing efforts within a Salesforce environment, including black box testing, risk-based testing, system testing, regression testing, exploratory testing, web service testing, performance testing, and Selenium scripting for automation. This is a long-term opportunity starting as a 12-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension or conversion. The role is remote, with a preference for candidates located near a Schwab office (Austin, Dallas, Denver/Lone Tree, or similar) and ability to go onsite 1-2x a month. The team is looking for a hardworking individual who enjoys collaboration and technical growth. Pay Rate: $40–50+/hour depending on experience

Skills and Requirements

6+ years of hands-on testing experience in Salesforce platforms Advanced scripting experience using Selenium/Java and XPath (approximately 80% automation, 20% manual) Strong understanding of QA practices, including black box testing, risk-based testing, system testing, regression testing, and exploratory testing Agentforce testing or related experience (bigger plus) Prompt engineering familiarity or experience (strong plus) Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience Exposure to a regulatory environment (Banking, Finance, Healthcare, etc.) Hands-on experience with DevOps and Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, Git, etc.)
