Job Location: Preferably NY, NJ, CT, PA

Onsite/Hybrid: Mostly Remote

Need s omeone who can be onsite NYC as needed but mostly remote

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, design teams, and technology teams to define, shape, and deliver high-quality digital solutions. The role combines strong business analysis fundamentals with product thinking, helping translate business strategy, user needs, and emerging technology opportunities into valuable products and services.

The successful candidate will be comfortable operating across discovery and delivery activities, partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define solutions, and support the successful implementation of client-facing, workflow, AI-enabled, and data-driven products.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' experience in a Product Analyst or similar role.

• Strong experience producing detailed business and functional requirements documentation.

• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

• Proven experience working within Agile delivery environments.

• Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new business domains, technologies, and business processes.

• Experience working with distributed and remote teams.

• Experience working within Professional Services organizations.

• Executive Search, Recruitment, Consulting, or related professional services experience would be highly desirable.
