We are seeking a highly motivated full stack developer to join a focused remote software development team. The team turns complex software requirements into reliable, scalable solutions for a SaaS risk and compliance AI platform. You will implement new features and fix bugs in the production codebase for our client.

_Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

Rate: $75.00 to $80.00/hr. w2

**Responsibilities:**

+ Deliver new features and maintain production code for a SaaS risk and compliance AI platform.

+ Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and JPA.

+ Build and enhance frontend interfaces with React, Material UI, and TypeScript.

+ Design and support scalable, high-quality web applications.

+ Integrate and work with messaging systems including Kafka and RabbitMQ.

+ Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform (OpenTofu).

+ Leverage AWS services such as S3, EC2, and RDS (PostgreSQL).

+ Collaborate using Jira and Confluence to plan, track, and document work.

+ Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support.

+ Complete onboarding activities, including a background check.

**Experience Requirements:**

+ 7+ years of Java enterprise development with Spring Boot and JPA.

+ Experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ.

+ Experience with Terraform (OpenTofu).

+ Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, EC2, and RDS (PostgreSQL).

+ Proficiency with ReactJS, Material UI, and TypeScript.

+ Experience building and supporting scalable, high-quality web applications.

+ Experience with Jira and Confluence.

+ Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

+ Nice to have: Spring AI experience.
