**Senior Software Engineer**

**Location: Remote**

**Type: Contract to Hire**

**Duration: 6-12 months**

**Pay Rate: $55/hr. on W2**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, secure, and maintain scalable, resilient software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in C#, Python, or Java, SQL databases, front-end web technologies, web services, and AWS cloud deployments.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and services.

+ Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including design, coding, code reviews, and deployment.

+ Develop web applications and integrate web services with cloud environments.

+ Implement software security measures and remediate vulnerabilities.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer support issues.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.

+ 5+ years of software development experience using C#, Python, or Java.

+ 3+ years of experience with SQL-based databases.

+ 3+ years of web application development using HTML5, Angular, and object-oriented JavaScript.

+ 3+ years of experience with web services and cloud deployments, preferably AWS.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Computer Science or related degree.

+ AWS Developer or Solutions Architect certification.

+ Experience with web application security protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID.

+ Experience with vulnerability remediation and secure software development.

+ Healthcare or Health Information Systems experience.

+ Proven ability to deliver high-visibility projects within tight deadlines.
