Our client seeks a hands-on Senior Salesforce FSC Data Migration Analyst to support migration of legacy banking data into a new Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Snowflake environment. The role centers on data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, migration, validation, and reconciliation. The analyst will work directly with source and target data, build source-to-target mappings and transformation rules, resolve data-quality issues, support mock migration cycles, and participate in production cutover and post-migration stabilization. A key responsibility includes enabling and validating data integration between Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Snowflake to ensure accurate transformation, exchange, validation, and reconciliation across environments. This is an individual contributor role focused on execution rather than project management.

_This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $100.00 to $130.00/hr. w2

**Responsibilities:**

+ Profile, cleanse, and transform legacy banking data for migration into Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Snowflake.

+ Develop detailed source-to-target data mappings and transformation rules.

+ Execute data migrations, validations, and reconciliations across source and target systems.

+ Identify, analyze, and remediate data-quality issues and migration defects.

+ Support mock migration cycles, production cutover, and post-migration stabilization.

+ Enable and validate integrations and data exchanges between Salesforce FSC and Snowflake.

**Experience Requirements:**

+ Hands-on enterprise data migration experience.

+ Salesforce Financial Services Cloud data experience.

+ Data profiling, cleansing, and transformation expertise.

+ Proven source-to-target data mapping.

+ Strong SQL.

+ Data validation, reconciliation, and migration cutover execution.

+ Preferred: Banking or financial services data migration experience.

+ Preferred: Commercial or middle market banking exposure.

+ Preferred: KYC and customer data experience.

+ Preferred: Migration from highly customized legacy environments into Salesforce FSC.

+ Preferred: Snowflake exposure or experience.
