About the role

Our client is seeking a Cyber Security Project Manager to join their team. As a Cyber Security Project Manager, you will be part of a program delivery environment supporting enterprise cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, a proven track record delivering cybersecurity programs in scaled Agile environments, and the ability to drive measurable outcomes through value stream thinking and continuous improvement.

**Job Title:** Cyber Security Project Manager

**Location:** Remote - Canada

**What's the Job?**

+ Lead and manage cybersecurity programs using Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) to support enterprise goals.

+ Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver security initiatives aligned with recognized frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.

+ Use Jira and Jira Align to plan, track, and report progress across multiple Agile teams and release trains.

+ Drive value stream identification, mapping, and continuous improvement across cybersecurity initiatives to improve delivery outcomes.

+ Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOX.

**What's Needed?**

+ Minimum 7+ years of experience in program/project management.

+ Minimum 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity program delivery.

+ Minimum 3+ years of experience managing large-scale cybersecurity initiatives such as IAM, Zero Trust, SOC modernization, or Cloud Security.

+ Minimum 3+ years of strong experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).

+ Minimum 2+ years of experience with Jira and Jira Align for program tracking and reporting.
