About the role

Description

A growing organization is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer / Architect with deep expertise in Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) to lead enterprise identity governance initiatives. This role will be responsible for architecting and delivering scalable identity solutions, automating access management processes, integrating critical business applications, and strengthening compliance and security across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Saviynt IGA solutions.

+ Build and enhance Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) workflows and identity lifecycle processes.

+ Develop RBAC models, birthright access frameworks, and automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.

+ Integrate cloud, SaaS, and on-prem applications with Saviynt using APIs and connectors.

+ Implement access request processes, certifications, entitlement reviews, and SoD controls.

+ Partner with security, audit, compliance, infrastructure, and business teams to strengthen identity governance.

+ Create audit-ready reporting and support regulatory compliance initiatives.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

+ 8+ years of IAM experience with 4+ years of hands-on Saviynt implementation experience.

+ Proven success delivering enterprise Saviynt deployments from design through production.

+ Experience building JML workflows, access request processes, and workflow automation from the ground up.

+ Strong knowledge of RBAC, birthright access, provisioning, certifications, and access governance best practices.

+ Experience integrating applications with Saviynt using REST APIs, web services, and connectors.

+ Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

+ Strong understanding of identity security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
