Strategic Analytics Lead

About the role

The Strategic Analytics Lead serves as the dedicated analytics partner for two to three assigned Revenue Cycle functional areas. This individual acts as the primary liaison between management and the analytics pod, helping operational stakeholders establish key KPIs, identify performance drivers, and translate data into actionable business decisions.

As the face of analytics for their assigned functions, the Strategic Analytics Lead partners closely with Revenue Cycle leaders to define strategic KPIs, challenge assumptions, uncover opportunities for operational improvement, and influence business outcomes through data-driven insights. While technical competency in SQL, Power BI, and other analytics tools is important, success in this role is driven primarily by critical thinking, business partnership, communication, and the ability to influence decision-making.

The Strategic Analytics Lead leads a cross-functional analytics pod consisting of reporting, data, and visualization resources. This individual is accountable for aligning those resources with business priorities and ensuring the delivery of meaningful, actionable insights.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
