Associate Quality Control Analyst

About the role

Maximus is currently hiring an Associate Quality Control Analyst to support our Kentucky Health Benefits Exchange team.

The Associate Quality Control Analyst will help drive quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction across contact center operations. This role will evaluate customer interactions, analyze performance data, conduct calibration activities, and collaborate with operations and training teams to identify coaching opportunities and process improvements.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with quality assurance methodologies, and the ability to translate insights into meaningful performance enhancements.

This is a hybrid-remote position that requires work to be performed onsite as required by the program in our Frankfort, KY offices.

This job is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist ES QC management to identify, analyst, and perform needs assessments. - Participate in root cause analysis in order to identify and document best practices. - Run distribute updates daily, weekly, and monthly reports. - Perform data management functions with the use of excel data base. - Perform data management and maintenance requirements in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements

'- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 0-3 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Solve routine problems of limited scope. - Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. - Individual contributor representing the most common entry point for this career stream.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

- Strong understanding of customer service principles.

- Excellent communication and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in call monitoring, data analysis, calibration, and QA tools.

- Problem-solving skills and adaptability.

- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.

Home Office Requirements

- Internet speed of 25mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net).

- Connectivity to the internet via either Wi‑Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.

- Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.
