As an AI & Process Automation Developer, you’ll help turn business needs into secure, reliable automation and AI solutions that reduce manual effort and improve how work gets done.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving real business problems, building practical technology, and learning alongside experienced developers, architects, and business partners.

Connect solutions with enterprise applications through REST APIs, SOAP services, SQL databases, message queues, and enterprise connectors.
Test, document, deploy, troubleshoot, and support solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
You’ll also partner with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, assess automation opportunities, and deliver solutions that are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
What you bring
We’re looking for a hands-on developer who combines solid programming and integration experience with a practical understanding of AI and automation. You can move an idea from requirements through testing and support while asking thoughtful questions and working well with both technical and business partners.
This role is a great fit if you have:
Required Experience:
2+ years of foundational experience with AI or automation technologies such as RPA, workflow automation, conversational AI, intelligent document processing, or an equivalent platform.
3+ years of experience using source control, CI/CD processes, and modern software development tools.
1+ years of automation development, systems integration, or related experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting technical solutions.
2+ years of experience with REST APIs, SQL, JSON, XML, and system integration concepts.
3+ years of experience with Python, Java, React JavaScript, Node.js, or similar programming languages.
Required Skills:
Develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain automation solutions using reusable components and established development practices.
Build and support integrations using APIs, databases, services, and enterprise connectors.
Use source control and CI/CD practices to manage reliable software changes across environments.
Translate business requirements into technical designs, workflow diagrams, specifications, deployment instructions, and support documentation.
Apply unit, integration, and regression testing practices and support User Acceptance Testing.
Education/Certifications:
UiPath Advanced Developer Professional Certification.
Kore.AI Automation AI / XO Platform, Kore.AI Agent AI, & Kore.AI Agent Platform Builder advanced training or developer certification.
You should also be comfortable working within Agile delivery, SDLC, DevSecOps, secure coding, change management, and enterprise governance standards, while collaborating closely with senior developers and cross-functional partners.
What sets you apart
You don’t need to check every box, but here’s what will help you thrive in this role:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of experience working within Agile development teams.
2+ years of exposure to cloud-based platforms, services, and development environments.
2+ years of experience in financial services, healthcare, government, or another regulated industry.
Curiosity about emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation, prompt engineering, and Agentic AI.
What you’ll get
We believe in supporting our team members both professionally and personally.
In this role, you can expect:
Meaningful work that improves operational efficiency and supports a better member experience at Truliant Federal Credit Union.
Hands-on opportunities to build across automation, integrations, conversational AI, and emerging AI technologies rather than being limited to one type of solution.
Collaboration with experienced developers, architects, and business partners who can help you strengthen both your technical skills and business understanding.
A team environment that values secure, maintainable solutions, thoughtful problem-solving, continuous learning, and high-quality service.
