Our client, a growing organization is seeking a Business Operations, Process & Analytics Lead to join their team. As a Business Operations, Process & Analytics Lead, you will be part of the Business Operations organization supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for operational excellence, a data-first mindset, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable decisions that help teams perform at their best.

**Job Title:** Business Operations, Process & Analytics Lead

**Location:** Remote

**Pay Range: $60+ based on experience**

**What's the Job?**

+ Lead business operations planning, governance, and performance management to strengthen how work gets executed and measured.

+ Design, document, and continuously improve operational processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency across teams.

+ Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics that support strategic decision-making and operational visibility.

+ Establish and monitor operational controls, compliance processes, and data governance standards to protect data accuracy and integrity.

+ Manage budget tracking, financial reconciliation, and operational performance reviews, while supporting audit readiness and required documentation.

**What's Needed?**

+ 10-15 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, analytics, finance, or program operations.

+ Experience leading operational transformation and governance initiatives that improve how organizations run.

+ Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities to identify root causes and drive measurable improvements.

+ Expertise in reporting, KPI development, and business performance management to turn data into outcomes.

+ Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver results.
