Serving as an infrastructure contact for assigned product teams, you’ll have meaningful ownership across a variety of platforms, modernization efforts, and mission-critical business systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate application and artifact releases across Azure and AWS cloud environments while supporting multiple product teams and business units.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for application deployment, scaling, monitoring, and other operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce hosting costs.
Administer and maintain on-premises and cloud-based application infrastructure, including web servers, SaaS, PaaS, and cloud services supporting the software development lifecycle.
Maintain stable and resilient infrastructure by completing upgrades, patches, and other operational activities.
Configure and manage monitoring and logging solutions to support the health, reliability, and performance of applications and infrastructure.
Apply infrastructure modernization practices, including updated Azure policies, authentication approaches, infrastructure as code, and Terraform-based deployments.
Implement security best practices and support compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations.
Assess complex projects, prioritize competing requirements, develop accurate time estimates, complete work on schedule, and communicate changes and status updates to stakeholders.
Evaluate evolving infrastructure and application-deployment technologies and apply relevant practices to supported environments.
Provide remote support for global operations and participate in a rotating on-call schedule supporting a 24/7 global environment.
Desired Competencies:
Technical / Functional Expertise: You apply the required technical or professional knowledge to perform your role effectively and stay current within your area of expertise.
Collaboration: You work effectively with others across functions and levels, contributing to shared goals while respecting different perspectives.
Problem Solving: You identify issues, assess root causes, and implement practical solutions that balance speed, quality, and risk.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience with CI/CD tools and practices, including technologies such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Terraform.
4+ years of experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms, with experience managing Azure services such as API Management, App Service, Function Apps, Service Bus, and Storage Accounts preferred.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
