Oracle HCM Analyst

We are seeking an Oracle HCM Analyst to join a collaborative team supporting a recently implemented Oracle HCM environment. This is an opportunity to become a key contributor during a critical stabilization and optimization phase, working directly with business stakeholders to improve processes, solve problems, and enhance the user experience.

What You'll Do

• Support and optimize Oracle HCM modules in a recently implemented environment.

• Partner with HR and business leaders to gather requirements and recommend solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues.

• Assist with system enhancements, configurations, workflows, forms, and templates.

• Collaborate with senior analysts and business stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives.

• Help mature and stabilize enterprise HR processes and Oracle capabilities.

• Serve as a trusted resource for end users and functional stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

1. Strong Oracle HCM Expertise

• 4+ years of Oracle HCM experience.

• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM functionality, processes, and best practices.

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

2. Collaborative Team Player

• Strong listening and communication skills.

• Comfortable taking direction, partnering with senior team members, and contributing positively to team dynamics.

• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with functional and technical stakeholders.

3. Business Partnership Mindset

• Experience working directly with HR and business users.

• Skilled at requirements gathering, process improvement, and solution consultation.

• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
