Healthcare Revenue Integrity Analyst (San Antonio)

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Analyst to analyze complex healthcare revenue cycle data across multiple facilities and payers. This role will work heavily in Excel, reviewing large reports with 80+ tabs to identify billing, collections, reimbursement, and workflow gaps and provide actionable insights to revenue cycle teams.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Analyze large, complex Excel reports organized by facility and payer.

+ Identify billing, collection, reimbursement, and revenue discrepancies.

+ Perform revenue reconciliation, variance analysis, and revenue integrity reviews.

+ Investigate missing or incorrect payments, charges, adjustments, and other revenue gaps.

+ Review EOBs, cash posting activity, contractual adjustments, refunds, and balance transfers.

+ Support month-end reconciliation and reporting.

+ Partner with revenue cycle teams to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

+ 23+ years of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience.

+ Strong Excel and data analysis skills required.

+ Experience with revenue reconciliation, payment variance analysis, EOBs, cash posting, or revenue integrity.

+ Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
