Position Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and solutions-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Resilience Analyst to support operational continuity, supply chain risk management, and business resilience across a complex logistics ecosystem.
In this role, you will analyze data from multiple sources, identify emerging risks and operational dependencies, develop dashboards, and translate complex information into actionable insights for program managers and senior leadership. You will also contribute to contingency planning, scenario analysis, and business continuity initiatives designed to strengthen resilience and minimize operational disruptions.
The ideal candidate has a foundation in emergency management, logistics, supply chain operations, crisis management, business continuity, or data analytics. This individual is curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable connecting disparate information sources to identify vulnerabilities, anticipate disruptions, and support informed decision-making.
The position offers an opportunity to apply analytical skills and emerging AI-enabled tools to practical resilience challenges while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic operating environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Risk and Resilience Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards using raw, multi-source data to transform complex logistics metrics into clear, actionable visualizations for program managers and senior leadership.
Analyze Supply Chain Dependencies: Identify relationships and dependencies across logistics nodes to uncover upstream and downstream vulnerabilities before they result in operational disruptions.
Monitor Emerging Risks: Identify, analyze, and track emerging risk trends using analytics platforms, operational data, and insights from cross-functional stakeholders.
Leverage AI-Enabled Tools: Apply approved AI tools to accelerate risk detection, scenario analysis, data synthesis, and continuity planning while validating outputs for accuracy and relevance.
Identify Leading Risk Indicators: Challenge existing assumptions and identify indicators that may signal emerging vulnerabilities across the global logistics and supply chain ecosystem.
Maintain Criticality and Data Integrity: Support accurate, consistent data management and criticality tiering for suppliers, warehouses, airports, and other essential logistics nodes.
Support Contingency Planning: Assist in developing and maintaining contingency playbooks that define potential threats, decision triggers, mitigation strategies, and recovery procedures.
Prepare Leadership Briefings: Support program managers with data preparation, analytical inputs, presentation materials, and executive briefing decks for leadership reviews and roundtable discussions.
Collaborate Across Functions: Work with stakeholders in logistics, supply chain operations, business continuity, risk management, and related functions to strengthen shared situational awareness and operational preparedness.
Improve Analytical Processes: Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting workflows, visualization methods, risk monitoring, and continuity planning processes.
