Description

PR/PO Processing Support while ensuring Budgets and client's Business Finance process and policies are supported and aligned

Leverage and or develop Budget templates to effectively and efficiently convey Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Budget views for insight, reviews, and approvals.

Development and presentation Annual Budget

Effectively collaborate with Business Finance, Corporate Procurement and OPS Finance.

Working with the Business Finance lead , OPS Finance and and key Business Unit stakeholders, reconcile and generate Financial Forecasting and Analysis across client's teams, both monthly and quarterly, including overview of budget health

Prepare high level budget analysis for Senior Staff

Maintain supporting budget files and documentation

Drive monthly updates of spend data and communication with each client's Business Unit

Collaborate with cross functional partners on development of tools to support client's finance/budget needs

Skills

This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
