Epic Willow Ambulatory & Inventory Analyst

Location: 100% Remote, potential travel for go-live

We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory & Inventory Analyst to support a large-scale Epic implementation currently underway. This role will focus on the ground-up build and implementation of Epic Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory, supporting the project through build, testing, go-live, and stabilization.

Responsibilities

+ Build and configure Epic Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory for a new implementation.

+ Partner with pharmacy, clinical, and IT teams to gather requirements and design workflows.

+ Configure medication, inventory, and related pharmacy functionality.

+ Develop and execute testing, validate build, and resolve defects.

+ Support implementation readiness, cutover, and the March/April 2027 go-live.

+ Troubleshoot Willow build and workflow issues.

+ Maintain documentation of build decisions, configurations, and workflows.

+ Provide consistent project updates and weekly status reporting.

Required Qualifications

+ Epic Willow Ambulatory certification required.

+ Epic Willow Inventory certification required.

+ Hands-on experience building Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory from the ground up as part of a new Epic implementation.

+ Strong understanding of ambulatory pharmacy and medication management workflows.

+ Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, implementation, and issue resolution.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

+ Must be reliable, responsive, and able to remain focused on this Epic implementation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
