**Technical Sr Developer: Guidewire InsuranceNow (ACX)**
**Core Responsibilities**
**Serve as a Senior InsuranceNow developer responsible for developing and supporting InsuranceNow configurations and customizations. Collaborate with cross functional teams in developing and delivering changes requested.**
**Technical**
+ **Serve as the technical developer for all ACX INOW configuration and enhancements**
+ **Lead configuration and implementation of rate filings, product versions, and underwriting rule changes, claims and billing updates**
+ **Provide analysis and solutioning for new features and system enhancements**
+ **Ensure solutions align with architecture, security, and integration standards**
+ **Own technical quality across development lifecycle**
**InsuranceNow Expertise**
+ **Deep hands-on configuration within Guidewire InsuranceNow (ACX)**
+ **Experience with:**
+ **Claims and Billing**
+ **Ratebook & pricing configuration**
+ **Product model changes**
+ **State-specific filings**
+ **Business rules and forms configuration**
+ **Ability to assess impacts of product changes across jurisdictions**
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ **Partner closely with:**
+ **Product Management & Business Analysts**
+ **Business stakeholders**
+ **QA & Release Management**
+ **Architecture & Security**
+ **Translate business requirements into technically sound configurations**
+ **Challenge unclear requirements with confidence and clarity**
**Delivery & Quality Ownership**
+ **Review designs, configuration changes, and code**
+ **Guide defect remediation strategy**
+ **Support UAT and production readiness**
+ **Ensure release quality and stability**
+ **Establish and enforce unit testing standards for all relevant code changes**

**Salary and Other Compensation:**

**The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $155,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.**
**This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.**
