Appian Developers (Senior - Architect) Remote

About the role

Job Description

Our client, is a federal technology consulting company that partners with civilian, defense, and intelligence agencies to deliver mission-focused digital transformation solutions, including Appian development, process automation, cloud modernization, and enterprise applications.

We are hiring for multiple openings from Appian Senior Developer Consultants, Appian Principal Developer Consultants, and Appian Architects.

Most openings do not require security clearances; However we also have some openings at the Secret, Top-Secret, and Polygraph level.

The salary range is dependent on experience:

- Appian Senior Developer Consultants: $120,000 - $150,000

- Appian Principal Developer Consultants: $160,000 - $180,000

- Appian Architects: $170,000 - $210,000

Key Responsibilities: • Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies • Supports design, development, and test activities • Guide clients on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives as needed to drive technical success • Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance • Create and document implementation best practices as well as knowledge base articles for internal enablement • Provide thought leadership on process improvement • Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools • Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources

Skills and Requirements

Required for All Roles: - Bachelor's Degree - Ability to be processed for a Public Trust Clearance

Appian Senior Developer Consultants: - Years of Experience: 3 - 6 years of Appian Development - Expected to be a Project Lead, provide oversight over multiple junior developers under them, assign user stories, participate in code reviews, interact with the customer in requirements gathering sessions and provide quality products

Appian Principal Developer Consultant - Years of Experience: 5 – 8 years of Appian Development - All expectations of a Senior Appian Consultant, but elevated. These candidates will support large-scale projects, may have multiple agile teams working on the program, may be working on multiple projects at the same time, and will grow the impact across multiple clients.

Appian Architect - Years of Experience: 5+ years of Appian Experience with strong Appian Architecture Experience Appian Certifications
