About the role
The Associate AI Solutions Advisor is part of Granicus’ AI Solutions team, a dynamic and results-driven group focused on helping drive customer interest, engagement, and early-stage solution alignment for AI-native offerings that improve resident experiences and staff efficiency. In this role, you will support the identification and development of opportunities for Granicus’ Government Experience Agent solution and related services across an assigned territory. Working closely with Account Managers, AI Value Engineers, and cross-functional go-to-market teams, you will help conduct discovery, qualify customer needs, and contribute to building a strong pipeline of AI opportunities.
